Iranian short ‘No Comment’ wins at the 2020 Int’l Coronavirus Short Film Fest in India.

Iranian short film ‘No Comment’ has won the Best Short Film Award at the 2020 International Coronavirus Film Festival (ICFF) in India.

Directed by Zhivar Farajzadeh, the short film deals with the issue of child workers and depicts the difficulties these children are facing during the coronavirus crisis.

'No Comment' experienced its first international presence at the 2020 DYTIATKO International Children’s Media Festival in Ukraine.

It has also participated in the 5th edition of the India International Science Festival.

Farajzadeh’s other successful short film ‘Serok’ has recently won an award at the Spi Stories 2020 “Abbiamo bisogno di uguaglianza/ We need equality” in Italy.

According to the ICFF’s website, “it is an online film festival to showcase and recognize authentic, effective, informative and entertaining human stories during corona”.

So far, the eighteen editions of the festival have been held and thousands of films from over 110 countries have participated in the event.

The latest edition of the festival was held on December 14.
